My name is Kolly Amandine. I’m a 28-year-old from Switzerland, where my passion for sports began at the tender age of three.

From the beginning, I’ve been the architect of my physique, shaping it through my own training regimen. My transition from the figure category to Women’s Physique Division (WPD) was driven by a desire for more rigorous training and challenges that truly test my limits.

What's included in a full coaching ?

A full coaching includes a complete training plan at a competitive price. Plus, you will receive a nutritional plan tailored to your preferences, PED's & health supplements protocol along with blood test readings. I also guarantee a 7/7 WhatsApp communication, weekly follow-up and a review of your top sets via videos.

Are the training plans the same for everyone ?

Of course not ! I'll create a customized training plan for you while adding my experience and training philosophy. No Chat GPT thing, no mainstream sets. Homemade and unique !

About diet: are only macro-nutrients counted?

It's up to you. I can adjust the nutritional plan to suit you best over the long term. I can create all your meals for the entire week or create a list of selectable ingredients based on total macro-nutrients.

How do you follow up on my coaching ?

I send you specific questions every week to report on. In addition, I'll ask you for update photos so I can adjust the plan as we go along. You can also ask me questions 7/7. Finally, we also work with videos to optimize exercise execution and improve results throughout the program.

Is my coaching automatically renewed?

No. Once the program is done (depending on the chosen duration), you are free to sign a new program with or without follow-up, or you can tell me if you wanna stop.
