"Since the beginning of my career in bodybuilding, I've always been driven by the desire to be more rigorous and go beyond my limits."

Passion for sport

My name is Kolly Amandine. I’m a 28-year-old from Switzerland, where my passion for sports began at the tender age of three. My early years were filled with skiing adventures across the beautiful Swiss landscapes. As I grew, so did my love for various sports, including gymnastics, dance, and mountain climbing.

Finding my path

But it was bodybuilding that truly resonated with me, and I seriously embarked on this journey about 4.5 years ago. The allure of strong, imposing physiques always intrigued me, and I was curious to discover which sport could shape the entire body. This curiosity led me to the gym, marking the beginning of my true bodybuilding path.

Going professional

My professional journey had a remarkable start in November 2020 when I won my pro card in my first-ever competition. Fast forward to July 2021, and I found myself in the figure pro category. However, it didn’t quite feel like the right fit, especially due to the heels and the style of posing, which didn’t align with my vision. I yearned for more muscle and a division that resonated with my ideals. This desire led me to transition to the Women’s Physique Division (WPD). A year later, in my WPD debut, I achieved a first callout, a moment of profound pride and achievement.

More determined than ever

The year 2023 marked a significant turning point in my career. Participating in the Pittsburgh Pro and Toronto Pro, I earned third place in both competitions. Although I wasn’t completely satisfied with my performance, it motivated me to dedicate myself more intensely in the offseason. I successfully added about 7 pounds to my physique and am now 19 weeks out from my first pro show of the year, more focused and determined than ever.

Testing limits

From the beginning, I’ve been the architect of my physique, shaping it through my own training regimen. My transition from the figure category to Women’s Physique Division (WPD) was driven by a desire for more rigorous training and challenges that truly test my limits.

My happiness and therapy come from the simple routine of lifting weights, with my headphones on, immersed in a world of high intensity.

This is only the beginning !
